Manufacturing Process

Our manufacturing processes are created prior to building your first piece. This guarantees quality workmanship and consistency from prototypes to first article, through volume production.

Inspection

Buse Industries guarantees 100% electrical and mechanical inspection of all products prior to shipping. Our goal is to save our customers labor and facilitate rapid absorption of material into production, allowing a true “Dock to Stock” environment.

Company History

The company was founded in 1960 as a distributor of connectors, terminals, wire and cable. In the mid-1980’s the manufacturing division evolved, broadening product offerings to our existing customers and expanding our customer base.

The manufacturing division continued to thrive and in 1995, Buse Industries relocated both distribution and manufacturing into a new 50,000 square foot facility near the St. Louis airport. Due to rapid growth, this facility was expanded in 2000 to its current total of 65,000 square feet.

In 2001 Buse Industries was acquired by Connection Concepts Holding Company of Downers Grove, Illinois, continuing operation in St. Louis. In 2005 we acquired two additional companies located in Canada and Chicago. Both operations were absorbed into Buse Industries.

In 2006 RBI located outside of Charlotte, NC was acquired. This facility remains open as a manufacturing facility for Buse Industries with all support functions located in our St. Louis office.
